What cookies are
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data saved on your device when you visit a website. TM Academy uses them to remember your choices and, only if you accept, to measure how visitors use the pages so we can improve them. We do not use them to build advertising profiles or sell data.
Categories used on this site
- Essential: required for the site to work, such as storing your cookie choice and protecting the contact form against abuse.
- Analytics (optional): page views and navigation flow, loaded only after you click Accept.
- Preferences: your language is defined by the address you visit (for example /pt-BR/); no extra cookie is needed.
How consent works
On your first visit, a banner asks for your permission before any optional technology is used. Until you choose, all measurement signals are set to “denied” through Consent Mode. You can accept or reject; the choice is stored on your device for up to twelve months.
You can change your decision at any time with the button below, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Applicable laws by country
In the United States we follow CalOPPA and state laws such as CCPA/CPRA. In Brazil, the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and the Consumer Defense Code. In Mexico, the LFPDPPP and our Privacy Notice. In Canada, PIPEDA (this site does not target Quebec). In Argentina, Law 25.326 and Law 24.240.
Retention and security
Optional measurement data is kept for up to twelve months from your last visit. Server security logs with IP addresses are deleted on a rolling 90-day cycle unless a security incident requires longer preservation. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete or port your data, withdraw consent or object to processing. Use the contact form; we never ask for payment, identity documents or passwords to process a request.
