Personal data collected
Only: (a) the form data you provide — full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), area of interest, message and proof of consent; (b) basic technical records — IP address, browser, referring page and time, for security and operation only. We do not collect ad-click identifiers, device fingerprints or behavioural biometrics.
Purposes of processing
Necessary purposes: (a) sending the information you requested about the course, mentoring, implementation reviews or team training in Google Tag Manager; (b) following up on additional questions you raise; (c) complying with applicable legal obligations.
Optional purposes: none. We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to your request.
Legal basis by jurisdiction
Processing is based on the free, informed and express consent of the data subject (LFPDPPP, Mexico); legitimate interest and consent (Law 25.326, Argentina); consent and the legal bases of art. 7 of the LGPD (Brazil); meaningful consent under PIPEDA (Canada); and compliance with CalOPPA and CCPA/CPRA (United States).
Transfers and security
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties outside the provision of the information service. Hosting and e-mail providers process data only to deliver the site and our reply, and may operate outside your country, as you accept through the transfer checkbox on the form.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept for twelve months from the last contact and then securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time through the contact form.
ARCO rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your data (ARCO rights), to revoke your consent and to file a complaint with the competent authority.
