(a) Data you provide in the form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), area of interest, message, consent checkboxes and the time of submission.
(b) Basic technical logs: IP address, browser/user agent, referring page and timestamp, used only for security and operation of the site.
Your cookie choice is stored on your own device. We do not collect ad-click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), device fingerprints or behavioural biometrics. We never request payment details, government IDs, passwords or access credentials to your Tag Manager or analytics accounts through this site.
How we use your information
Form data is used only to answer your enquiry, send the course or service information you requested, send one follow-up if you do not reply, and comply with applicable legal duties. Technical logs are used only to keep the site secure and running.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties. Hosting and e-mail providers process data strictly to deliver this site and our reply.
Legal basis by country
- United States: CalOPPA and applicable state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas and others). Processing relies on your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
- Brazil: Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), based on consent and legitimate interest, with rights of access, correction, deletion and portability.
- Mexico: LFPDPPP (DOF 20/03/2025), with a full Privacy Notice, separation of necessary and optional purposes, and ARCO rights.
- Canada: PIPEDA (federal) and CASL for commercial e-mail. Quebec Law 25 does not apply because this site does not target Quebec.
- Argentina: Law 25.326 (AAIP) and Law 24.240, including habeas data and the rights of access, rectification and suppression.
Retention and security
Form submissions are kept for 12 months after the last interaction and then permanently deleted. Server logs are kept for 90 days. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transport (TLS), restricted access and regular updates, appropriate to the limited sensitivity of the data we process.
International transfers
Our hosting and e-mail services may operate outside your country of residence. The transfer checkbox on the form records your agreement to this processing, which is limited to answering your enquiry.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form or e-mail us, stating the right you are invoking. We respond within the time each law requires (typically 15 to 30 days) and never charge a fee for a legitimate request.
